About Me:

Hey, I'm Tess! I'm an 18-year-old girl from the beautiful and sometimes chaotic city of Kraków, Poland. I just finished high school last spring, and to be completely honest, I'm in that weird, exciting, and slightly terrifying phase of figuring out what's next. I live with my parents and my little brother, Leo, who is both my biggest annoyance and my favorite person. I've always been a pretty curious person. In school, I loved literature and art history, but I also surprised myself by being pretty good at biology. I guess I don't like being put in a box! When I'm not busy overthinking my future, you can usually find me with my nose in a book, exploring the old town with my friends with an iced coffee in hand (no matter the weather!), or trying to convince my cat, Luna, that she actually loves me.

What I Like:

Polish Pierogi: Seriously, my babcia's (grandma's) pierogi ruskie are a gift to this world. No one can change my mind. Discovering New Music: I have a playlist for every possible mood. I'm always on the lookout for new indie artists, both Polish and international.

Turn Offs:

Judgmental People: Life is hard enough without people judging others for their choices, passions, or just for being themselves. The Pressure to Have It All Figured Out: Everyone constantly asking "So, what are you going to do with your life?" is my personal nightmare. I'm 18, let me breathe! Morning People: I am not a morning person. Don't talk to me before I've had my coffee.
